Ephraim Clark Olson
Ephraim has extensive experience advising clients in tax and business planning. Ephraim has advised clients in international and domestic tax planning, mergers, business formation, and other business restructurings. Ephraim enjoys solving problems for clients, especially in complex areas of tax law. Ephraim focuses his practice on small businesses and individual equity owners.
Ephraim is a licensed attorney in Utah. Ephraim received his Juris Doctorate from Harvard and has been practicing tax law since graduating.
Will is a client-focused estate planner who has been helping people understand and administer their estates since 2015. As a teacher at heart, he enjoys sitting down with clients to help them fully understand their choices and then collaborating on solutions to meet their specific needs. Will’s practice is focused on all aspects of administering estates, including: the creation of wills and trusts; asset protection; gift tax planning; guardianships; conservatorships; charitable planning and giving; private foundations; business succession planning; life insurance trusts; will and trust disputes and litigation; and trust and estate administration.
Outside of estate planning, Will enjoys watching the Utah Jazz and trying to emulate Donovan Mitchell in weekly pick-up games. He is also an avid reader and writer, bass player, and music appreciator. He is married to his best friend with four amazing children.

Jeff is not a licensed attorney and does not practice law. Jeff has experience developing professional service organizations that enable service professionals to focus on their core expertise: providing client advice. Jeff helps ensure that both lawyers and clients have a delightful experience at the firm and consults clients on business strategy and operations.
Jeff previously founded and operated a professional services organization for Dentists. Prior to founding his own business, Jeff worked for the Boston Consulting Group as a management consultant advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy, operations and organizational design. Jeff also worked as an investment banking analyst for Citigroup.
Jeff holds a Juris Doctorate & Masters in Business Administration from Harvard.
